Give your bathroom an instant boost in heat with this Broan Two-Bulb Heater/Fan (model 164), which delivers superior performance and excellent ventilation in a compact package. It has its own control, enabling you to get extra heat in the bathroom without touching your central thermostat. And you can run the heat and vent functions individually or together, depending on your needs.

The efficient, permanently-lubricated motor and polymeric damper eliminate the metallic clatter you can get from other fans, and the 4-inch duct connectors have tapered sleeves for easy ducting. The 70 CFM fan provides excellent ventilation at a quiet 3.5 sones and will keep your bath free from steam or bathroom odors. It’s suitable for use in insulated ceilings, and can be adjusted vertically after your ceiling is finished to give you a perfect installation.

The unit uses two 250-watt, BR40-size infrared bulbs (not included) for comfortable heating performance, and you can control its operation through a choice of Broan wall control models (available separately):
